Cheque/ Draft should be in favour of “Antriksh Golf View II.” Payable at Noida
Stamp duty, Registration Charges, IFMS Charges, OTLR, Legal/miscellaneous expenses etc., shall be payable by the allottee at the time of offer of possession
Any delay in Payment will attract penal interest as per Company Policy. Any Government duty, tax, etc. imposed/ Charged on us, the same will be charged from the members on pro-rata basis
Service Tax applicable as per the Govt Norms
